How often do you hear a squeaking door hinge? How often have you cursed the damn thing and thought that 'i should do something about it'? How often have you just ignored and postponed that 'something'? Well, just get some oil and you'll feel much better! No. Really. What it all has to do with Windows? If you have an Intel Mac and you also use Windows on it, you've probably noticed how the time gets out of sync with every boot to Windows. Not critical at all if you only use windows 10% of your total time with the computer. But it is annoying ('virus database updates from the future' and so on). So better just fix it. What is annoying me more is Micorosft's ignorance - you should not run anything but Microsoft, and when you do we don't care. But it's wrong.
